After completing 900 hours of esthetics education, she took the Indiana State Licensing Exam and received her Esthetician License in 2008. In addition to our existing skincare services, which includes chemical peels, microdermabrasion and skin consultations, we are now able to offer facials and waxing services. She has received certification in the use of PCAskin chemical peels and skincare products. Valerie loves working with her patients, helping them achieve the skin they have always desired.

Kim Muntean, Patient Coordinator, Coding and Billing
Kim has been handling the insurance billing for Dr. Robinson since he began his practice in 2001. She brings more than 15 years of experience in the medical insurance field to the practice. Her responsibilities include coding all medical procedures and submitting claims to insurance companies. She is also responsible for overseeing the practices finances and assisting cosmetic patients with financing options.

Kim's commitment to and knowledge of the practice has rewarded her with the additional role of patient coordinator. Her first priority as patient coordinator is to make patients feel comfortable. She does this by establishing a strong patient relationship from her initial conversation on the telephone until the patient's last postoperative visit. Patients will be assured they will receive the best care available with her guidance.

Laura Doctor, Front Desk Coordinator
Laura is usually the first person to greet our patients, both on the phone and in person. She joined our practice in September, 2008, after devoting many years as a volunteer at her children’s school. Her work experience includes 10 years as an accountant in the insurance industry. This background helps to keep our office running smoothly. Laura’s goal is to make each patient’s visit a positive experience for them. She is an enthusiastic and valuable member of our team.
