Cancellation Policy

We are thankful for the opportunity to care for you and appreciate your business. Maintaining a schedule to best serve all of our patients is of the utmost importance to us. We value your time and appreciate that you value ours as well.

To avoid patients cancelling at the last minute or not showing up for their scheduled appointment, we have instituted the following cancellation policy. We understand that life happens, and you cannot always make your scheduled appointment. When this occurs, we lose the opportunity to schedule another patient if we are not given enough notice.

If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any fees. Our fees are as follows:


All patients will be required to have a credit card on file when scheduling an appointment, consultation, or service.

24 Hours or more: NO FEES, we appreciate your notice.

Less than 24 hours or NO SHOW: $50 fee for skin care consults and $75 fee for cosmetic consults – Will be deducted from any prepaid services/consultations or charged to your credit card.
